What shipping methods do you have and what is their cost?

Normal delivery
For shipments to the Peninsula (mainland Spain and mainland Portugal) we use the SEUR 24/48 hour urgent service . Its cost is €4.90 , being free for orders over €50

For shipments to the Balearic Islands we use the urgent service SEUR 2/3 days , its cost is from €6.90 for orders weighing less than 4 kilos/volume and €12.90 for orders over 4 kilos/volume. . 
At the moment no shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla.

Express delivery
If you need your order to arrive the next day before 2:00 p.m. We have an Express delivery 24 hours. its cost is €8.90 . This service is only available for orders to Peninsular Spain .

Do you have free shipping costs from a certain amount?
Yes, you will enjoy free shipping costs for orders over €50 in products. This promotion is valid only for orders to mainland Spain and is not applicable to other destinations.

How long does it take for the order to arrive from my purchase?
All orders received before 2:00 p.m. on a business day are processed and delivered to the courier that same day.

The transit time of packages to the Peninsula is 24 to 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays at origin or destination).

The transit time of packages to the Balearic Islands is from 48 to 72 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays at origin or destination).

Can I pick up my order at your Barcelona Store?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our store in Barcelona. You only have to choose this option in the confirmation of your order. When your package is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email to notify you.

Do you ship to other countries?
International orders require a minimum purchase of €40 . Shipping costs for the following European countries are 14.90
Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland (shipments up to 2 kg. weight or volume delivery 3 to 5 days from Monday to Friday delivery DHL ).


Orders outside the EU could bring additional import costs, taxes or charges from your bank due to the exchange rate. These additional costs will be your responsibility as well as doing any necessary customs procedures if the delegation of your country requires it.

Free exchange for products that arrive wrong or in poor condition

What happens if a product arrives to me wrong or in poor condition?
We have a free exchange service for products that arrive wrong, defective or in poor condition. If you receive such a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at +34 933 483 466 so that we can schedule the exchange.

How can I return a product?
You can return a product if you do not like it, it is not what you expected, the measurements do not fit what you need or for any other reason. You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date to return any product.

The products must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging intact. Send us an e-mail to to inform us that you are going to make the return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow to send the product back.
When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount with the same form of payment with which you have placed your order.
The shipping costs of the returned products are borne by the customer, except if the return is caused by defects in the merchandise or by a service error.
