What happens if a product arrives to me wrong or in poor condition?
We have a free exchange service for products that arrive wrong, defective or in poor condition. If you receive such a product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and attaching a photograph of the broken product next to the box or envelope and label from our courier service.

How can I return a product?
You can return a product if you do not like it, it is not what you expected, the measurements do not fit what you need or for any other reason. You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date to return any product.

The products must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging intact. Send us an e-mail to to inform us that you are going to make the return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow to send the product back.
When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount with the same form of payment with which you placed your order.
The shipping costs of the returned products are borne by the customer, except if the return is caused by defects in the merchandise or by a service error.
