XL balloons are inflated with a narrow valve and have a self-closing mechanism. For helium inflation, it is important to have a fine valve and in case of inflating with air you must insert a narrow straw and then tie a knot. If you want to inflate them with Helium you will need 0.045 m3 to be able to fully inflate them and it will float for about 3 to 5 days.
