A perfect lemonade

perfect lemonade at home
8-10 beautiful yellow lemons
400 gr. of sugar 
800 ml. of water
Peppermint, mint or basil leaves.
A lot of ice
Lime to decorate or lemons.
Grate the zest of 4 previously washed lemons with the help of a fine grater and reserve the zest in a separate plate.
Then squeeze a total of 6 lemons, the 4 lemons grated and 2 more aside.
Heat the 800 ml of water with the 400 g of sugar over low heat until it dissolves very well. Once our mixture is dissolved, we let it cool.
If you prefer, you can use natural sweeteners available on the market such as Stevia.
Add the lemon zest to the reserved mixture, stir and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Cut 2 lemons and the limes you want to add into slices to place inside your jug ​​or beverage dispenser.
Now add the ice, the lemon and lime slices and add some mint or basil leaves to your mixture.
Add the lemon juice that you squeezed previously, stir and that's it.
A healthy and fresh lemonade for your summer parties!
