An elegant communion with many flowers and in pastel tones

I want to show you this First Communion party that we set up some time ago for a girl. The idea was to create an intimate family celebration that was also elegant, with the guest table as the central focus.

The chosen venue was the Real Tenis Club de Barcelona, specifically the main trophy room, which is a very large room with high ceilings for a party of only 25 people.

We wanted to set up a grand table and visually lower the ceiling using large, 60 cm diameter, 100% natural Latex ecological white balloons. The balloons were tied with raw cotton ribbon; nothing else was needed.

The result was stunning and elegant, and I've included photos so you can get an idea. When one entered the room, everything was perfect and the effect was very WOW. You didn't notice the high ceiling or feel like you were in an enormous room; you felt like you were in a very special room.

To add color to the table, we used Plumeti cotton table runners in pale pink, centerpieces with small glass bottles holding natural flowers of different heights, and small wooden frames with Cristina's initial. We designed all the stationery custom-made and special for this Communion.

To welcome guests, we designed a welcome sign with the party's graphic, a large white balloon decorated with fabric ribbons, and a natural flower garland.

Having the space, we set up a Photocall with a pastel-toned balloon garland on a very understated and elegant bronze structure. The Photocall decorated the remaining space in the room and added color to the party. It was a success; truthfully, sometimes setting up a Photocall like this adds a lot of decoration, serves as a backdrop for photos, and even a stage for a performance.

For desserts and the sweet corner Candy Bar, we set up a stall with raw tones, baskets with flowers, a banner garland with flowers featuring the celebrant's name, cake stands, packaged sweets, and the perfect pastries from Lolita Bakery made for the occasion.
