Ladurée Paris pastry shops and their Macarons

Ladurée is one of the most famous cafés in Paris, there is no doubt about that. It's a luxury just looking at their windows and trying their delicious Macarons and Petit Chou... a dream! Two macaron cookies with ganache in between. Apparently a simple recipe, which in the middle of the 30s revolutionized the upper classes of Parisian society with the founding of Ladurée, one of the first tea rooms in the French capital.
