WOW CLUB Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and Acceptance
By registering for La Fiesta de Olivia's WOW CLUB loyalty program, the user agrees to be part of the club and receive our communications. This subscription is an essential condition for club membership and enjoying its benefits.

2. Earning Points
Participation is free. Points are earned as follows:

  • Welcome: 25 points upon joining the WOW CLUB (assigned once only).

  • Purchases: €1 spent = 1 point (valid in online and physical stores).

  • Birthday: 20 gift points. Condition: Having provided the date of birth and subscribed at least 30 days before the date.

  • Social Media: 10 points for following us on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

3. Point Redemption (Value)
Points do not expire. The redemption equivalent is 100 points = €5 discount.

  • 100 points = €5

  • 200 points = €10

  • 300 points = €15

  • 400 points = €20

Redemption requires a minimum purchase of one item. Discounts do not apply to shipping costs.

4. Privacy and Communications: Why do we need your email?

The WOW CLUB is a 100% digital program designed to reward you. This means that your email is the key to your account: it is the only secure channel we have to send you your €5 discount vouchers, notify you when you earn points from your purchases, send you your birthday gift, and the rest of the club's benefits.

What does this mean for you?

  1. No Spam: We will only write to you to give you good news (accumulated points, early access to sales like Black Friday, Private Sales, and launches).

  2. You are in control: If you decide at any time that you no longer want to receive emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of our emails.

  3. The logical consequence: By unsubscribing from our communications, our system will no longer have a "way" to send you your rewards. Therefore, your WOW CLUB membership will be canceled, as will your points. We understand that without communication, the Club loses its usefulness for you.
